Covid / Illness Policy

Please do not attend High West Fusion if you are feeling sick with anything. Social dancing is a large-group, close-contact activity and we ask that you respect your fellow dancers enough to consider their health and safety. 

We will happily refund your ticket if you get sick in the days leading up to High West Fusion, or even if you start feeling sick during the event and cannot attend the rest of the event.

Refund/Credit Policy for Illness

If you unfortunately get sick and are unable to attend, we offer the following options:

Refund: attendees can request a refund for the cost of their purchased ticket. Refunds will be processed according to the original method of payment.

Credit for Next Year: alternatively, attendees may opt to receive a credit that can be applied towards the purchase of a ticket for next year’s event.
